Kyndryl has announced its recruitment for a Technical Support role as its Off Campus 2026 hiring. This opportunity is open to eligible candidates for the Gurgaon Location. Kyndryl is the world's largest provider of IT infrastructure services. It designs, builds, and manages complex technology systems for thousands of large businesses and governments globally. The company operates independently but was created in 2021 as a spin-off from IBM's infrastructure services division.
Responsibilities
Deliver Level 1 support for hardware, software, and IT services as per defined processes. Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, email platforms, networking, VPN connectivity, and enterprise applications. Provide support for Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, Office 365, VMware, and collaboration tools. Handle password resets, access requests, entitlement verification, and user account support. Log, track, and manage incidents using IT ticketing systems. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams while ensuring timely follow-up. Monitor service outages and communicate updates to end users. Maintain software license records and hardware inventory documentation. Support collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Slack. Assist in troubleshooting Cisco Nexus, Cisco IOS, F5 ASM, and F5 LTM-related issues when required. Ensure compliance with SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
Verbal and written English communication. Customer service and troubleshooting skills. Windows, macOS, O365, VMware, Networking, Internet Security, and Collaboration tools. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems. Multilingual ability is a plus.
