Responsibilities

Review patient medical records carefully and ensure all healthcare-related information is interpreted accurately while maintaining operational quality standards. Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing medical documentation, operational records, and healthcare-related workflows. Follow organizational guidelines and process standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of assigned operational tasks. Work effectively in rotational shifts and adapt to changing business requirements within a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment. Coordinate with internal teams and process managers to ensure smooth workflow execution and maintain service delivery standards. Utilize good communication skills to understand operational requirements, process instructions, and internal workflow expectations clearly. Maintain productivity targets, typing accuracy, and operational efficiency while handling healthcare-related process activities. Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of patient information, operational records, and sensitive business data during processing activities. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to workflow efficiency enhancements. Handle workload flexibility and additional operational responsibilities whenever required to meet organizational business objectives. Maintain professional discipline, punctuality, and adherence to rotational weekly off schedules as defined by the organization. Requirements

Candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university or educational institution in any discipline. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for understanding process instructions and maintaining operational effectiveness. Good understanding and interpretation ability related to patient medical records and healthcare documentation processes is required. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and accuracy while reviewing healthcare records and performing operational tasks. Willingness to work in rotational shifts is mandatory as this is a shift-based operational role within the organization. Applicants must be comfortable working from the office environment as there is no work-from-home option available for this role. Good typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with approximately 90% accuracy is preferred for handling operational workflows efficiently.
