As a Networking Remote Technical Support Engineer (L1), you will provide first-level remote support for networking incidents, assist customers in resolving technical issues, monitor enterprise network environments, and collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver world-class IT services. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain practical experience with networking technologies including Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Riverbed while learning enterprise support processes used by Fortune Global 100 organizations.
Responsibilities
Provide Level-1 remote technical support to enterprise customers. Diagnose networking incidents using monitoring tools. Resolve technical issues according to SLA guidelines. Escalate complex incidents to higher support teams. Monitor service performance and infrastructure health. Maintain incident documentation and ticket updates. Analyze recurring issues and suggest preventive measures. Perform routine maintenance activities. Work with vendors and internal stakeholders. Follow ITIL-based incident management processes. Maintain configuration records and asset information. Ensure knowledge articles are utilized and updated. Support service recovery activities. Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the incident lifecycle.
