Provide customer support through voice calls, live chat, and email channels. Resolve customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. Manage customer support tickets and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting SLA targets. Suggest ideas to improve customer support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Freshers and candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or customer-facing roles. Verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada. Problem-solving, multitasking, and customer-handling skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
