Minimum education Higher Secondary 12th Pass. Minimum 6 months BPO experience with documents. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bengali. No major MTI Mother Tongue Influence for voice process. System requirements: Windows 10 or 11 OS, RAM 8 GB or above, Core i5 Gen 5 or above or Ryzen 5 or above, minimum 20 Mbps internet connection upload and download, power backup, noise-cancelling USB headset.
