Business Operations Analyst, Processor

Qualcomm is hiring Business Operations Analysts to support its Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) organization. The role focuses on business operations, Salesforce reporting, CRM dashboards, company and customer master data management, account hierarchy management, Oracle database updates, reporting, and business analytics. The candidate will collaborate with global headquarters and regional teams, ensuring accurate business operations, data validation, reporting, and process improvements, providing exposure to enterprise-level processes and global stakeholder management.

Manage Company and Customer Master Data | Perform data validation and verification activities | Create and maintain Salesforce reports | Build and maintain CRM dashboards | Support master data governance | Track account hierarchy updates | Audit dormant customer accounts | Update billing and shipping information in Oracle databases | Perform business data validation | Generate weekly and monthly operational reports | Work closely with global business teams | Participate in HQ review meetings | Prepare process documentation | Support transition activities | Ensure timely completion of assigned work | Participate in ad-hoc business operations projects
