Application Support Engineer - Credence Resource Management Hiring

Credence Resource Management (CRM) is hiring Application Support Engineers for its Pune office. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in Application Support, Production Support, SQL, Databases, Linux, Windows, APIs, and IT Operations while working with experienced engineering teams. Monitor business-critical applications. Support production applications and systems. Troubleshoot production issues. Analyze logs to identify root causes. Execute SQL queries for backend validation. Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams. Resolve incidents within SLAs. Learn ITIL incident management. Document issues and resolutions. Participate in deployments and support activities. Improve application reliability.

0–1 year of experience. Fresher candidates with academic projects, certifications, or internships in relevant areas are preferred. Strong communication skills and willingness to work in production support environments.
