Technical Writing Analyst

Salesforce is currently hiring Technical Writing Analysts for its Enterprise Technology & Infrastructure team in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Create and maintain technical documentation for enterprise software; collaborate with engineers, product managers, UX designers, and developers; write user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles; ensure documentation standards and consistency.

1–2 years of experience in technical documentation, software documentation, content writing, editing, or user-focused technical communication; Bachelor's degree in Technical, Communications, Writing, or related field.
