Quality Assurance Analyst

Develop detailed test plans and testing strategies. Design comprehensive test cases and test scenarios. Create reusable regression test suites. Execute manual and automated tests. Perform Functional Testing to validate business requirements. Conduct Regression Testing to ensure system stability. Execute Integration Testing across multiple platforms. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Verify integrations with courier partners. Test courier aggregator workflows. Validate ERP, POS, and WMS integrations. Ensure accurate data synchronization between systems. Identify and document software defects. Track issues using bug management tools. Work closely with development teams for resolution. Verify fixes and perform regression validation. Execute SQL queries for backend validation. Verify data accuracy and integrity. Analyze database records for troubleshooting. Conduct performance testing activities. Validate application scalability. Ensure system stability under heavy workloads. Identify bottlenecks and performance risks. Work closely with Product Managers. Coordinate with Developers and Business Analysts. Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
