Genpact is currently hiring experienced Manual Testing professionals across India. The company is looking for skilled QA engineers who can contribute to software quality initiatives, execute comprehensive testing activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts for software applications. Execute test cases to identify defects, issues, and functionality gaps. Validate application behavior against business and functional requirements. Collaborate closely with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects. Perform regression testing to ensure new enhancements do not impact existing functionality. Document test results, observations, and quality metrics accurately. Track and manage defects throughout the software testing lifecycle. Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality-related feedback. Support release validation and production readiness testing activities. Stay updated with emerging testing methodologies and QA best practices.

2–8 years of Manual Testing experience. Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience creating and executing test cases. Ability to identify, document, and communicate defects effectively. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work in Agile and fast-paced project environments. Passion for software quality and continuous improvement.
