Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical contact for Oracle customers. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and electronic channels. Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide timely resolutions. Reproduce customer-reported issues and perform root cause analysis. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service requests. Create troubleshooting documentation and Knowledge Base articles. Collaborate with development and engineering teams. Utilize automation tools and AI assistance for faster issue resolution. Identify opportunities to improve support processes. Monitor service performance metrics. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication. Participate in technical learning programs and certifications.
