This role offers hands-on experience in complete product quality management from design stage through production, including New Product Development, Design Reviews, DFMEA & PFMEA, Product Validation, Supplier Quality Management, PPAP Activities, Internal & Customer Audits, Cross-functional Engineering Exposure, Manufacturing Quality, and Continuous Improvement Projects.
Responsibilities
Participate in New Product Development projects; Attend engineering design reviews; Review DFMEA activities; Review PFMEA activities; Review Design Validation Plans (DVP&R); Identify product risks; Track mitigation activities; Coordinate with suppliers; Support PPAP approvals; Review supplier capability studies; Drive continuous improvement initiatives; Ensure product compliance; Lead corrective actions; Support preventive actions; Conduct internal audits; Participate in customer PPAP audits; Collaborate with engineering teams; Improve manufacturing quality processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field; 3-5 years experience in Quality Engineering; Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, New Product Development, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, PPAP, Supplier Quality, Validation Planning, Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Audits, Process Capability, Product Validation; Engineering skills in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering; Proficiency with Quality Documentation, Engineering Drawings, Manufacturing Quality Systems; AI applications in Quality (Preferred).
