Johnson Controls is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees across two India locations – Bangalore and Pune – giving 2025 and 2026 batch freshers a strong start in IT, cybersecurity and infrastructure roles. The drive covers two distinct Graduate Engineer Trainee tracks: Bangalore IAM/Cybersecurity Trainee and Pune IT Analyst / Graduate Trainee Engineer. Both roles are full-time, mentorship-driven and designed to convert classroom knowledge into real production experience.
Responsibilities
Bangalore Role: Assist in configuring and managing IAM tools like Azure AD, Okta, Saviynt or SailPoint; Support implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication, privileged access management; Monitor system logs, analyse security events and respond to incidents; Contribute to scripts for identity lifecycle management using Python or PowerShell. Pune Role: Monitor servers, networks, applications and cloud; Perform initial troubleshooting, escalate as per procedure; Follow Incident, Problem and Change Management processes in ServiceNow; Participate in shift-based 24x7 operations.
Requirements
B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related. Batch 2025 or 2026. Typically above 50% with no active backlogs. Familiarity with programming (Python, Java, C#), basic networking, servers and IT infrastructure concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
