Eaton Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring Associate Engineer for its Chennai, Hadapsar, Pune locations. This role involves executing strategic sourcing and resourcing initiatives, identifying and leading cost reduction projects across manufacturing components, analyzing commodity spending data, collaborating with global procurement and engineering teams, generating innovative cost optimization ideas, driving supplier consolidation, participating in supplier discussions and technical reviews, supporting part rationalization and cost competitiveness initiatives, developing reusable analytics and knowledge-based solutions, and maintaining a strong pipeline of cost-saving projects. The ideal candidate holds a B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA / M.Com degree, 0-1 year of experience or is a fresher, possesses strong academic background, knowledge of manufacturing processes, value engineering principles, cost optimization, data analysis, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
