Wipro Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring freshers for the Trainee role at its Noida, India location. Candidates from B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc, and B.Com backgrounds belonging to the 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches are eligible to apply. As a Trainee, you will play a key role in testing, validating, and ensuring the quality of digital platforms, products, and enterprise-level applications. You will design test cases, identify defects, automate testing processes, and work closely with development teams to ensure Wipro delivers excellence across client solutions.

Understand test requirements and create detailed test case designs based on business requirements. Author and execute test plans, ensuring 100% quality assurance compliance. Collaborate with the development team to identify, track, and resolve defects. Implement automation frameworks using tools like VB macros, GUI automation, and scheduling tools. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support client deployments. Generate test dashboards and reports at the end of each test cycle. Maintain documentation for all test cases, test data, and test outcomes. Provide feedback on usability and performance improvements. Maintain strong client communication and deliver reports on time.

Mandatory Skill: Health and Welfare (HW) Tech Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Experience or exposure to Automation Testing / Manual Testing Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities Basic understanding of VB macros, GUI automation tools, or scripting Excellent written and verbal communication skills
