Tester III – Software Testing

Design detailed test plans, test strategies, and test cases; Execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing; Validate user stories within Agile sprints; Perform end-to-end testing across application modules; Identify, document, and report defects; Verify bug fixes through retesting activities; Ensure complete business requirement coverage; Participate in release validation activities; Perform exploratory testing to identify hidden issues; Support quality gate reviews and release readiness; Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks; Create automation suites using Selenium (Java); Build automation suites using Playwright (TypeScript); Maintain reusable automation components; Improve automation coverage across applications; Execute automated regression testing; Analyze automation failures and execution reports; Improve automation stability and maintainability; Implement testing best practices and standards; Optimize test execution and reporting mechanisms; Perform REST API testing and validation; Verify request and response payloads; Validate backend integrations and workflows; Test error handling and edge-case scenarios; Perform API regression testing; Ensure application integration quality; Develop and execute Appium automation scripts; Validate mobile application functionality; Perform cross-platform testing; Ensure mobile user experience consistency; Execute end-to-end mobile test scenarios; Participate in sprint planning and estimation sessions; Represent Quality Engineering during Agile ceremonies; Support risk analysis and quality discussions; Define quality gates and exit criteria; Drive continuous quality improvements; Review automation code and testing practices; Mentor junior QA engineers; Contribute to quality engineering standards
