Test Engineer

As a Test Engineer, you will work closely with experienced engineers to validate mobile devices, execute functional and field tests, identify software issues, and ensure products meet industry quality standards before release. This role combines laboratory testing with real-world validation activities, giving candidates practical exposure to modern telecom technologies, Android smartphones, and software quality assurance processes.

Perform Functional Testing on mobile devices. Execute Validation Testing based on defined test cases. Participate in real-world driving and field testing activities. Execute test scenarios and document observations accurately. Collect device logs and share findings with engineering teams. Identify, reproduce, and report software defects. Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing. Support product validation before production release. Maintain proper testing documentation. Collaborate with developers and validation engineers. Ensure product quality and compliance with testing standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

B.E./B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering). Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience. Strong interest in Software Testing and Mobile Technologies. Basic understanding of Android smartphones. Good communication and analytical skills. Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License. Practical driving experience. Willingness to travel for field testing assignments.
