Responsibilities
Identifying qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Understanding client requirements and technical job descriptions. Screening resumes based on skillsets and experience. Conducting initial HR and technical screening calls. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients. Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports. Negotiating salary expectations with candidates. Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Achieving hiring targets within specified timelines. Working closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams.
Requirements
Experience in US Staffing, Technical Recruitment, IT Recruitment, or Non-IT Recruitment. Comfortable working in the US Shift. 6 Months – 4 Years of experience.
