Software Engineer

CGI is hiring a Software Engineer in the Software Development / Engineering category at CGI’s Hyderabad office. You will help configure, maintain and support Empower applications, manage workflows and work in an Agile delivery environment using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for project tracking and collaboration. Configure, maintain and support Empower applications and manage their workflows. Use Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira for project tracking, work-item management and collaboration. Work in an Agile delivery environment with development and testing teams. Track and manage defects and coordinate fixes across teams. Support test automation and continuous delivery / DevOps practices.

A B.E / B.Tech / MCA or a related degree in Computer Science / IT. Understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps and workflow / defect tracking. Hands‑on exposure to Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jira. Experience configuring, maintaining or supporting Empower applications is a strong plus. Adaptability, test‑automation awareness and good communication and teamwork.
