Own the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) from planning to production release. Design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases. Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, UI Testing, End-to-End Testing, and System Testing. Test both Web Applications and Mobile Applications. Work closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders. Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects. Verify bug fixes and ensure regression stability. Improve QA standards, testing methodologies, and documentation. Lead quality initiatives across multiple software projects. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and Agile ceremonies. Ensure software releases maintain minimal production defects and high customer satisfaction.
