Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review business requirements and functional specifications before testing.
- Prepare detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform comprehensive Manual Testing for enterprise applications.
- Execute Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Develop and maintain Playwright automation scripts (for automation role).
- Execute regression automation suites before production releases.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery within release timelines.
- Maintain complete testing documentation and defect reports.
- Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.
Skills Required:
Mandatory: Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, Integration Testing, Test Case Design, Defect Lifecycle, SDLC, STLC, Agile Methodology, Strong Analytical Skills, Excellent English Communication.
Additional (Automation Role): Playwright, Automation Testing, JavaScript or TypeScript (Preferred), Automation Framework Understanding.
Expected Salary Range:
- Senior QA Engineer (100% Manual Testing): Up to 75,000 THB/month
- Senior QA Engineer (80% Manual + 20% Playwright): Up to 65,000 THB/month
The final offer depends on technical expertise, relevant experience, interview performance, and overall skill set.
Expected Interview Rounds:
1. HR Screening: Resume review, communication assessment, English language evaluation, experience discussion.
2. Technical Interview: Manual Testing concepts, Test Case Design, Defect Lifecycle, Regression Testing, Agile methodology, SDLC & STLC, Playwright (for automation role).
3. Practical Assessment: Write test cases, bug reporting exercise, manual testing scenarios, Playwright automation coding (for applicable role).
4. Client/Manager Interview: Project discussion, problem-solving approach, team collaboration, communication skills.
5. HR Discussion: Salary negotiation, offer release, joining formalities.

- Revise Manual Testing fundamentals thoroughly.
- Practice writing high-quality test cases.
- Review defect severity, priority, and lifecycle concepts.
- Refresh SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodology.
