The selected candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Architects, BI teams, and leadership groups to define KPIs, reporting frameworks, business rules, and enterprise data models.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Digital, Customer, OMS, Campaign, and other business teams. Conduct discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions. Translate business objectives into technical data specifications and reporting requirements. Perform impact assessments and gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities. Define and document business rules, reporting logic, and functional requirements. Ensure complete traceability of requirements throughout project lifecycles. Map source systems to target data models. Support dimensional modeling and conformed data model initiatives. Validate transformation logic and business data rules. Collaborate with Data Architects and Data Engineers during solution design. Ensure consistency of enterprise-wide data definitions and reporting standards. Analyze datasets using SQL for validation, troubleshooting, and business insights. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Participate in Regression Testing activities. Validate business scenarios and reporting outputs. Verify data quality and reporting accuracy. Ensure business requirements are correctly implemented within delivered solutions. Create and maintain business glossaries and data dictionaries. Maintain metadata repositories and governance documentation. Document business processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks. Support enterprise data governance and quality initiatives.
