Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll ensure that Glean's AI-powered products deliver exceptional quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves both Manual Testing and Automation Testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and engineers to validate new features and ensure high-quality product releases.

Responsibilities

Create and execute comprehensive test plans. Qualify product releases and new features. Design edge-case scenarios and test strategies. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Use browser developer tools. Analyze logs and SQL queries. Reproduce customer-reported issues. Report bugs using Jira. Provide detailed defect documentation. Work with engineering teams to resolve issues. Contribute to automation frameworks. Maintain automated test suites. Fix flaky and failing tests. Keep automation aligned with product changes.

Requirements

Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Defect Management, Selenium, Python or Java, Automation Frameworks, API Testing, REST APIs, Jira, Chrome Developer Tools, SQL, Browser Console Logs, Network Analysis, Agile Methodologies. Good to have: Mobile Testing, RBAC Testing, Permission Testing, Cloud Knowledge.
