Understand business requirements and functional specifications. Prepare comprehensive test plans and test scenarios. Design and execute manual test cases. Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing. Validate UI, workflows, and business logic. Identify, document, and track software defects. Work closely with developers to resolve issues. Participate in Agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Prepare detailed test execution reports. Verify fixes and perform regression testing before releases. Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC. Suggest improvements to testing processes.
