QA Engineer

The role provides exposure to CI/CD concepts, defect lifecycle management, infrastructure validation, and collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web applications; Execute manual testing for functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing; Develop, maintain, and execute Playwright automation scripts; Perform API Testing using Postman and validate REST APIs; Conduct performance testing and analyze application behavior under different load conditions; Validate backend databases using SQL queries; Analyze application logs and server logs to identify defects and root causes; Report, track, and manage bugs throughout the complete defect lifecycle; Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders; Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; Maintain testing documentation and improve automation framework quality; Work with project management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Monday.com.
