QA Engineer

Amadeus is hiring for the position of QA Engineer in Bangalore, India. Design and execute test plans and test cases. Validate software functionality and ensure high-quality releases. Identify, report, and track defects effectively. Collaborate with development and product teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Participate in automation initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and reliability standards. Contribute to improving testing frameworks, processes, and methodologies. Work in Agile environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Strong understanding of Software Testing and Quality Assurance principles. Experience with Manual and Automation Testing methodologies. Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes. Understanding of defect tracking and bug lifecycle management. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams. Passion for learning new technologies and tools.
