The role involves designing and developing enterprise‑grade AI and automation solutions, building scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices, developing intelligent AI agents and LLM‑powered workflows, implementing RAG pipelines, creating UiPath automation, performing business requirement analysis, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, ensuring scalability, reliability and security, and participating in Agile sprint planning and code reviews.

Design and develop enterprise‑grade AI and automation solutions; Build scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot; Develop intelligent AI agents and LLM‑powered workflows; Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines; Create and maintain UiPath automation solutions; Perform business requirement analysis and documentation; Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams; Ensure application scalability, reliability, and security; Participate in Agile sprint planning and code reviews; Optimize automation processes and improve operational efficiency.

Strong knowledge of AI/ML, Agentic AI, Large Language Models, Model Context Protocol, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, Python, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, MongoDB, UiPath, RE Framework, API Development, REST Services, Cloud Platforms, Automation Frameworks, Business Analysis, SDLC & Agile Methodologies, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. 3+ to 7+ years of experience in related fields.
