Job Description
Marquistech is hiring Mobile Device Test Engineers for its Dubai (UAE) location. The company welcomes both Freshers and Experienced Professionals who have a strong interest in mobile devices, telecom networks, smartphone technologies, and testing methodologies. The selected candidates will gain exposure to real-world mobile testing scenarios involving Android devices, network technologies, and communication protocols. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work on smartphone testing, network validation, device certification activities, and telecom protocol verification. The position also includes opportunities to work with advanced technologies such as LTE, VoLTE, IMS, and device-level debugging.
Responsibilities
Testing Android smartphones and mobile devices. Performing mobile device validation activities. Executing telecom and network-related test scenarios. Verifying LTE, VoLTE, and IMS functionalities. Identifying and documenting defects. Analyzing device logs and debugging issues. Supporting device certification and validation efforts. Collaborating with engineering and testing teams. Preparing test reports and documenting results. Ensuring devices meet performance and quality standards. Participating in field and travel-based testing activities when required.
Requirements
Technical Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Interest in Mobile Device Testing. Knowledge of Android Smartphones. Understanding of Mobile Network Technologies. Familiarity with 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE technologies. Basic understanding of LTE, VoLTE, and IMS concepts. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn new technologies. Ability to work independently and within teams. Willingness to travel when required. Preferred skills include hands-on experience in Mobile Device Testing, Log Analysis and Debugging, Telecom Protocol Understanding, Defect Reporting and Tracking, Device Validation Experience, Network Testing Exposure, and LTE and VoLTE Testing Knowledge.
