Responsibilities

Analyze functional and technical requirements to create comprehensive testing strategies. Estimate testing efforts and prepare detailed test plans and test cases. Execute Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and Performance testing. Test both Desktop and Web Applications. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using JIRA and RTC JAZZ. Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and global QA teams. Perform root cause analysis for reported defects. Maintain high-quality test documentation and execution reports. Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Utilize AI-powered tools to improve testing productivity.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Around 5 years of experience in Manual Testing, System Integration Testing, Web & Desktop Application Testing, and Agile Software Development.
