Infosys IQE Roles for Experienced Testing Professionals

Infosys is expanding its Integrated Quality Engineering (IQE) practice and is looking for experienced Software Testing professionals who can contribute to enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. The IQE team plays a critical role in ensuring software quality through modern testing methodologies, automation strategies, API validation, performance optimization, and continuous testing. Professionals joining this team will work on complex business applications, cloud-native solutions, enterprise platforms, and Agile delivery models while collaborating with global teams.

Analyze business requirements and prepare test strategies. Design, review, and execute comprehensive test cases. Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing. Execute Automation Test Suites and maintain frameworks. Validate REST APIs and backend services. Perform database validation using SQL queries. Report and track defects using JIRA or similar tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners. Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure high-quality software releases with minimal production defects. Support continuous integration and continuous testing initiatives. Contribute to quality improvement and process optimization.

BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech. Consistent Academic Record (60% and Above). Relevant Industry Experience. Strong Testing Knowledge. Good Problem-Solving Skills. Excellent Communication Skills.
