The Graduate Engineer Trainee role involves efficiently handling and resolving technical issues passed on by L2, ensuring timely and effective action as per decided workflow based on priority and severity for each ticket, ensuring maximum issues are resolved without L4/R&D involvement, and adherence to committed SLAs. The role also involves following ticketing SOPs and internal escalation matrices, capturing site-specific technical documentation, and supporting CSMs in developing capable teams.
