Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Volvo Group Off Campus Drive 2026 is hiring for the position of Graduate Apprentice Trainee in Bangalore (562122) under the Trucks Technology & Industrial Division. Candidates with a B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, B.Sc (CS/IT) or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines are eligible to apply. This role focuses on engine performance analytics, diagnostics data processing, and ML-based insights to support sustainable transport innovation.

Develop, test & maintain Python applications for engine diagnostics. Analyze large-scale engine datasets. Perform data validation, cleaning & transformation. Apply Machine Learning & Data Science techniques. Detect anomalies & patterns in engine data. Build reusable, well-documented code. Create dashboards, reports & visualizations. Collaborate with domain experts & software engineers.

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning. Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025. Eligible for the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). Strong interest in AI, data analytics, and simulation technologies. Programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with tools like Jupyter Notebook and GitHub. Knowledge of Machine Learning, NLP, and LLM models. Understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and time-series analysis. Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
