Job Description
Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications under supervision of senior developers. Writing, reviewing, and debugging code in languages such as Java, Python, C, C++. Supporting the development team in implementing features, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance. Participating in unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing activities. Documenting code, modules, and technical workflows as per project standards. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Using version control systems (e.g., Git) for code check‑in, branching, and merging. Monitoring and reporting on task progress through project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Attending technical and soft skills training sessions mandated under the NATS program and internal learning plans.

Requirements
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or any other relevant engineering discipline from an AICTE/UGC recognized institution. Exposure to at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C, C++. Basic understanding of software development life cycle. Strong willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies in the domain of Embedded Systems. Good analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Positive attitude, ownership of tasks, and commitment to meeting deadlines. Ability to follow coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines. Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
