Business Analyst / Software Development Engineer

Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Develop, implement, and track process improvement strategies to optimize business operations and enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and requirements for process improvement initiatives. Conduct performance and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of process enhancements. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence and business growth. Maintain documentation of processes, improvements, and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability. Develop software applications according to specifications. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design solutions. Debug and test applications to ensure quality and performance. Write clean, maintainable code adhering to coding standards. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Identify and troubleshoot software issues proactively.

Business Analyst: Bachelor's in Commerce, Economics, Finance, MBA, or Business Analytics. Certifications: CBAP, CRP.
