Responsibilities
Build machine learning and deep learning models to improve advertisement recommendations and campaign performance. Analyze large-scale historical datasets to identify business insights and customer experience improvements. Design and develop end-to-end machine learning inference solutions. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts to implement AI-driven solutions. Research and implement the latest advancements in recommendation systems and bidding algorithms. Develop scalable machine learning models for production environments. Work on logistics optimization and business intelligence projects. Present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Take ownership of projects from development to deployment. Contribute to innovative AI initiatives, including Generative AI and intelligent automation
Requirements
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to deconstruct and formulate solutions from first principles. Depth and hands-on experience in applying ML/DL and statistical techniques to business problems. Experience working with "big data" and shipping ML/DL models to production (Preferred). Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow. Verbal and written communication skills. Experience in the space of ecommerce and logistics (Preferred). Experience in Generative AI. Proven track record of developing and shipping ML and DL data products. Experience in Agentic AI, LLMs, and NLP. Proficiency in Python.
