Data Process Executive

Infosys BPM is running fresher hiring for Data Process Executive roles at two locations. The Bengaluru opening is restricted to B.E. Computer Science graduates from the 2023-2025 batch, while the Pune opening is open to any UG graduate (Commerce, Finance, Banking or related fields) for a banking & financial services process. Perform website research, navigation and content interpretation as part of the data process. Manage outbound calls and multi-task between voice and data entry. Work flexibly in a 24×7, night-shift environment with quick process assimilation. Maintain strong command over English grammar, fluency and active listening. Process account setup, maintenance and service requests within defined timelines. Conduct detailed verification of customer information and supporting documents. Adhere to SOPs, compliance requirements and operational guidelines. Meet SLAs, productivity targets and contribute to team KPIs.

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, 2023-2025 batch, 15 years of full-time education mandatory (Bengaluru). Any UG graduate (Commerce, Finance, Banking or related field); MBA/MCA/M.Tech/PG candidates not eligible (Pune). Willingness to work from office only (no WFH) in night or flexible shifts. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. No long leave planned for at least the next 1 year (immediate joiners preferred).
