The role involves building interactive dashboards, managing CRM data, optimizing reporting processes, and supporting business growth through analytics.

Responsibilities

Build interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI. Work directly with business leaders and operational teams. Gain experience in CRM data management and lead analytics. Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams. Work on WhatsApp marketing performance analytics. Improve business decision-making through data visualization. Requirements

1-3 years of Data Analytics experience. Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, and Advanced Excel. Experience in CRM Operations, Lead Management, and Business Intelligence. Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
