PwC’s Acceleration Center India is expanding its Data Analytics practice and looking for talented Data Analyst professionals who can transform large volumes of operational data into meaningful business intelligence. This position provides an opportunity to work directly with global consulting teams supporting Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services clients across multiple industries.
As a Data Analyst – Associate, you’ll work with complex healthcare operational datasets, create interactive dashboards, automate reporting processes, develop ETL workflows, and generate insights that help clients improve operational efficiency and business performance. The role also provides exposure to cloud technologies, workflow automation platforms, and enterprise-grade analytics environments.
Responsibilities
Analyze large healthcare operational datasets.\nIdentify business trends and performance metrics.\nBuild interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.\nDevelop operational reports for business stakeholders.\nWrite advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.\nDesign and maintain ETL pipelines.\nBuild analytics datasets and data models.\nIntegrate data from databases, APIs, flat files, and operational systems.\nPerform data validation and reconciliation.\nMaintain high data quality and reporting accuracy.\nAutomate business workflows using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate.\nSupport AWS-based analytics environments.\nPresent analytical insights through dashboards and presentations.\nFollow HIPAA and PwC compliance standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional global consulting teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (BE/BTech/BCA/MCA/ME/MTech/MBA or Related Field)\n2–4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, SQL development, dashboard development, and ETL processes\nStrong technical skills in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data analytics, dashboard development, SQL Server, relational databases, AWS fundamentals, PowerApps, Power Automate, data validation, data transformation, and data visualization\nPreferred exposure to healthcare analytics, Python, Alteryx/Informatica, and cloud technologies\nExcellent analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, client interaction, time management, team collaboration, presentation skills, and critical thinking
