Responsibilities
Provide Level-1 technical support to end users. Respond to IT incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Support Windows and Linux operating environments. Assist with infrastructure and cloud-related support activities. Monitor and resolve service desk tickets. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams. Maintain incident records and documentation. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. Follow IT service management processes. Support clients across different time zones.
Requirements
