Selected candidates will provide first-level technical support, resolve IT issues, assist users with infrastructure-related queries, and support enterprise IT operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in Technical Support, Help Desk Services, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Windows Administration, Incident Management, and Customer Support Operations.

Responsibilities

Provide Level-1 technical support to end users. Respond to IT incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Support Windows and Linux operating environments. Assist with infrastructure and cloud-related support activities. Monitor and resolve service desk tickets. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams. Requirements
