Application Development: Contribute to small enhancements and bug-fixes on production-grade enterprise applications. Applications Administration: Monitor application health, manage configurations, and assist seniors with environment maintenance. Database Operations: Run queries, troubleshoot data issues, and assist with routine database housekeeping tasks. Application Deployment: Support build and release activities, deployments and post-deployment validations across environments. Production Support: Triage incidents, root-cause analyse problems and resolve user-facing issues within agreed SLAs. Stakeholder Communication: Keep ticket reporters updated, document workarounds and escalate effectively when needed. Shift Readiness: Work in rotational shifts and accept extended hours when business-critical issues require it. ASOP Support Operations: Respond to customer or end-user queries on the ASOP tool suite via Jira/JSM and resolve or route them effectively. Incident Triage: Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems and provide timely solutions or connect with the relevant stakeholders. Ticket Management: Log, track and update support tickets in ASOP Jira; keep users informed about the status of their issues. Cross-Team Coordination: Work with development, QA and network teams to drive joint problem resolution. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, new technologies and suggest improvements to the support process.

B.E / B.Tech graduates from 2024, 2025 or 2026 batches. Strong academic record with no major backlogs. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and extended hours when the project demands. CS / IT branches preferred for Python Full Stack with AI and Java/Support roles; any specialization accepted for the general Apprentice role.
