Backend Engineer Referral

A leading global MNC is hiring Backend Engineers for its Gurgaon office through Quest Hiring. This role is designed for 2025 and 2026 graduates from Tier-1 institutes with strong coding fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and passion for backend development. The position offers ₹15 LPA CTC, exposure to large-scale distributed systems, mentorship from experienced engineers, and opportunity to work on cloud-native architecture and modern backend platforms. The hiring process includes resume screening, online coding assessment (DSA), technical interviews covering DSA, OOP, backend fundamentals, databases, APIs, a hiring manager discussion, and HR round. Candidates should have strong DSA skills, proficiency in Java/Python/C++/Go/Node.js, REST APIs, SQL, Git, OS, CN, and multithreading basics. Preferred: competitive programming, GitHub projects, LeetCode practice, open source contributions, personal backend projects, cloud fundamentals, Docker.
