Automation Testing Engineer

FIS (Fidelity National Information Services) is hiring talented Automation Testing Engineers to join its Product Development team in Pune. The role involves both automation and manual testing of Transfer Agency products, building and enhancing automation frameworks, executing comprehensive testing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Develop, maintain, and upgrade automated test scripts and utilities; Design and improve scalable test automation frameworks; Execute functional, regression, and integration testing activities; Identify automation opportunities and improve testing efficiency; Convert manual test cases into automated scripts; Perform manual testing whenever required; Work closely with Business Analysts to understand functionality and requirements; Participate in Agile ceremonies and product discussions; Create and maintain regression suites for multiple products; Communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders; Research and evaluate new automation methodologies and tools; Support test environment management and quality initiatives.
