Automation Test Analyst (Tosca & Selenium)

Lifegrowtion is hiring a QA Automation Test Analyst for an immediate opening in Gurgaon. The role focuses on designing and executing automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca and Selenium, developing reusable automation frameworks, performing API testing, and conducting performance testing with JMeter. The candidate will collaborate with development teams, integrate test automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, maintain test scripts across web, mobile, desktop, API, and mainframe applications, generate detailed automation reports, and track defects in Jira. Agile Scrum methodology is followed, with opportunities for continuous improvement in test coverage. Preferred candidates have 2‑5 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong background in Java/Python and exposure to MNC environments. This position offers a competitive salary of ₹15‑18 LPA and excellent growth prospects.

Design automation test cases and reusable automation scripts; develop automation frameworks using Tosca and Selenium; execute functional and regression automation suites; perform API automation testing; conduct database validation; perform performance testing using JMeter; integrate automation with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines; maintain automation scripts for enterprise applications; execute mobile, desktop, web, API, and mainframe testing; generate automation reports and quality metrics; conduct defect tracking using Jira; participate in Agile sprint ceremonies; continuously improve automation coverage.

Expertise in Tricentis Tosca, Selenium Automation, Java, Python, API Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, JMeter, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Agile Scrum, DevOps concepts, CI/CD Pipeline, and qTest Integration. 2‑5 years of QA automation experience, preferably in an MNC. Must be based in Delhi NCR and able to join immediately.
