Analyze learning requirements and define project scope. Design and develop learning solutions based on business needs. Create training materials including Storyboards, Instructor and participant guides, Video and audio scripts, Job aids, Quick reference guides, Self-paced learning content. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional design teams. Track project progress and communicate updates to project managers. Identify and escalate project risks that may affect delivery timelines.

Graduate in any stream. 1-4 years of experience developing training solutions, including self-paced learning, instructor-led trainings (ILTs), virtual instructor-led trainings (VILT), job aids, quick reference cards (QRCs).
