Associate Software Engineer Role

Assist in designing, developing, and testing AI/ML solutions under the guidance of experienced engineers | Support the development of backend services and REST APIs for AI-powered applications | Contribute to training, validating, and improving machine learning models for prediction, classification, and automation tasks | Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini while learning prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques | Participate in building intelligent document processing pipelines using OCR technologies and machine learning validation methods | Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models with enterprise applications and third-party services through APIs | Take part in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, technical discussions, and brainstorming sessions | Prepare technical documentation, maintain project artifacts, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
