Responsibilities
Participate in technical discussions to analyze business requirements and contribute to software design decisions. Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality applications using C++ while following coding standards and best practices. Perform debugging, testing, and root cause analysis to identify and resolve software defects efficiently. Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes throughout development, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product releases, feature enhancements, and issue resolution. Review technical requirements and recommend effective implementation approaches for assigned tasks. Maintain code quality through documentation, peer reviews, and continuous improvement practices. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of software solutions that meet business objectives. Contribute to ongoing maintenance activities and support multiple development projects as required.
Requirements
1–2 years in software development, including design and coding. Strong understanding of OOP concepts, STL, and memory management. Ability to analyze requirements and propose effective solutions. Familiarity with Git or similar tools. Payments/Financial industry experience preferred. Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle processes. Ability to provide solutions to moderately complex technical problems independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective customer service skills. Ability to work independently or within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
