Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and field teams by assisting with the configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of Windchill products. Deliver customer-centric support by understanding customer issues, product functionality, and support processes. Develop expert-level knowledge of Windchill installation and functionality while contributing to the PTC Knowledge Base. Reproduce customer-reported issues, configure software environments, investigate technical problems, and collaborate with R&D and QA teams to resolve them. Communicate technical solutions and updates effectively to customers. Focus on continuous professional development and mentor team members as experience grows. Assist in creating technical documentation and training materials. Collaborate with global support teams to provide high-quality assistance for mission-critical customer environments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, or a related discipline. Degrees accepted include BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, and MCS. 0–2 years of experience supporting Windchill users or administering Windchill applications.
