Associate Engineer Off Campus

KONE Off Campus Recruitment 2026 is now hiring Associate Engineers for its Chennai office. The role targets fresh graduates from the 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches with a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Engineering or a related field. As an Associate Engineer, you will work closely with engineering teams to analyze technical requirements, design customer‑specific solutions, prepare engineering documentation, and support product development activities. You will contribute to quality checks, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure engineering designs meet safety, manufacturability, and sustainability standards. Analyze technical requirements and identify suitable engineering solutions. Select appropriate products or solutions based on customer needs. Clarify technical requirements with stakeholders as needed. Design engineering solutions and components according to project specifications. Prepare engineering drawings, technical documentation, and related deliverables. Consider safety, industry standards, manufacturability, maintainability, and sustainability in design work. Utilize basic cost knowledge while developing engineering solutions. Perform self‑quality checks and review engineering outputs prepared by team members. Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Share engineering knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Support engineering tools, product development, and change‑request activities whenever required.

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree also acceptable. Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation. Basic analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to interpret customer requirements and engineering specifications. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn new engineering tools and technologies.
