Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for customer communications; Validate letters, emails, SMS, and push notification workflows; Prepare structured testing reports with supporting evidence; Identify opportunities to automate repetitive validation tasks; Assist in developing lightweight automation scripts; Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to clarify requirements; Maintain accurate documentation of defects and testing outcomes; Track testing progress, timelines, and project risks; Explore new automation tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency; Support communication template validation before production releases.
