Responsibilities
Support banking and trading application platforms used by global clients; Monitor application health, availability, and operational performance; Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions; Analyze incidents and perform root cause investigations; Work closely with technical and business stakeholders; Support platform stability, reliability, and performance improvements; Manage and resolve service requests within defined SLAs; Participate in shift-based operational support activities; Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams; Ensure smooth functioning of critical business applications; Create and maintain support documentation and operational procedures; Contribute to continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.
Requirements
Knowledge of AWS Core Services, Cloud Infrastructure Concepts, Monitoring & Support Activities, Application Hosting Fundamentals; Programming Fundamentals, Scripting & Automation, Troubleshooting Applications, Data Processing Basics in Python; Database Concepts, Query Writing, Data Validation, Performance Analysis in SQL; Strong Analytical Thinking; Problem-Solving Ability; Incident Analysis Skills; Production Support Fundamentals; Excellent Communication Skills; Stakeholder Management; Team Collaboration.
